The Rogers and Waterhouse Foundation, Inc. (the “Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects information from and about you through rogerswaterhouse.org (the “Site”); through email and other communications with you; through your submission of information in connection with grant applications, grants, and other Foundation programs (collectively, the “Programs”); and through other interactions with the Foundation (collectively, the “Activities”).
The Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Site or otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how the Foundation collects, uses, shares, and protects Personal Data (defined below) obtained through the Activities.

Information submitted to the Foundation as part of a grant application may be reviewed by Foundation staff and by external advisors, consultants, or subject-matter experts assisting the Foundation in evaluating grant proposals or administering grant programs.
Applicants should avoid submitting confidential or proprietary information unless necessary for the grant application and the applicant has the legal right to disclose such information. While the Foundation takes reasonable steps to protect application materials, the Foundation cannot guarantee that information submitted through the Site or grant application process will remain confidential.
By submitting information in connection with a grant application or program, you acknowledge that such information may be shared with individuals involved in the review and administration of Foundation programs.
The Foundation does not independently verify the accuracy of information submitted through grant applications and assumes that applicants have the legal right to provide such information.
The Foundation does not sell Personal Data and does not share Personal Data for targeted advertising.

We may share information with service providers that assist the Foundation with website hosting, data management, analytics, communications, or other operational services. The Site and Foundation Programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. The Foundation does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 18. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.
